Client profile settings

You can go to the client profile either via a direct link or by clicking on the icon in the upper-right corner of the Tiger.com Broker account:

The client profile consists of several sections:

Account information

Here you can check your account UID and the email address linked to your Tiger.com Broker account:

Verification level

This section displays your current verification status and the deposit / withdrawal limits available to you. By clicking "About verification levels", you can see detailed information about the features of each verification level.

Referral program

Here you can check which referral code your account is linked to and which team you belong to. If desired, you can leave the team or change your referral code by entering the necessary code in the "Enter code" field:

For more details about the referral program, click here.

Set default Exchange

This setting allows you to select a default exchange (Binance or Bybit) that will open automatically when you log into your Tiger.com Broker account.

My personal wallets

By clicking "Proceed to saved addresses," you can create a list of saved wallet addresses. This eliminates the need to manually enter a wallet address each time you withdraw funds.

Addresses whitelist

Here you can activate the "Addresses whitelist" option. With this function enabled, your account is only allowed to withdraw to the addresses from your address book.

Withdrawal PIN protection

Enable this security feature to add an extra layer of protection to your account. The PIN code will be requested every time you make a withdrawal. Learn more about how to set it up here.

Update trade History

If you do not see up-to-date data in the Trader’s Journal, it may be due to a lost connection with the exchange. You can refresh your trade history in the profile settings by selecting "Update":

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

This section displays the 2FA connection status. Two-factor authentication is designed to enhance account security and protect client funds. Without 2FA verification, withdrawals and API key creation will be unavailable.

For more details on 2FA setup, click here.

If the setup was done incorrectly or access to your authenticator is lost, you can reset two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account by clicking the "Send Link" button in the Reset 2FA section.

After clicking, an email will be sent to the address associated with your account. This email will include a link to complete a security liveness verification process. Upon successful verification, your 2FA will be reset, and you will be able to set it up again. For more details on 2FA reset, click here.

Additionally, you can enable the "Use 2FA for Login" option to enhance login security for your Tiger.com Broker account.

Asset mode (Binance only)

This section allows you to configure the margin mode for USDⓈ-M futures trading. For more details about the different margin modes, click here.

Set Orders & Positions as default page

Here you can set up the "Orders & Positions" page to open by default every time you log into your account.

Additional information on Orders & Positions page

If this option is enabled, the "Orders & Positions" page will display additional balance information.
