How to Reset 2FA?

If the two-factor authentication (2FA) was set up incorrectly or you have lost access to your authenticator, you can reset 2FA for your account. The process is as follows:
Log in to your broker’s account.
Go to Profile Settings and click “Send link”:
3. A confirmation modal window will appear—select “Send Link”:
4. The system will send a verification email to your registered email address. Follow the link in the email.
5. You will be redirected to a liveness verification page, where you need to complete video verification.
6. Once successfully verified, the system will reset 2FA for your account.
1. Enter your login and password on the sign-in page and proceed to the 2FA verification screen.
2. Click “No Access to 2FA”:
3. A confirmation modal window will appear—select “Send Link”. After clicking, the process will be the same as described above.
After resetting 2FA, you will be able to set it up again following our instructions.
Automatic 2FA reset is available only once per day. For additional resets, please contact support at broker.support@tiger.com.
