After successful verification, the system will prompt you to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). This is a mandatory step to ensure the security of your funds.
You can enable 2FA from your personal account's main page or the client's profile page.
Two-factor authentication can be enabled via the Google Authenticator mobile application, which can be downloaded from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android systems.
Once downloaded, there are two ways to install 2FA for Tiger.com Broker:
· By scanning the QR code with your smartphone from the app
· By creating a Setup key
Step-by-step instructions for connecting will be displayed in pop-up windows.
After the successful installation of 2FA, you will see a window to confirm 2FA connection and get the opportunity to make deposit and withdrawal transactions in your account.
If the setup was done incorrectly or access to your authenticator is lost, you can reset two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account by clicking the "Send Link" button in the Reset 2FA section of your profile menu.
After clicking, an email will be sent to the address associated with your account. This email will include a link to complete a security liveness verification process. Upon successful verification, your 2FA will be reset, and you will be able to set it up again.
