Verification

All Tiger.Trade Broker users must complete the mandatory verification process known as "Know Your Customer" (KYC) to gain access to our services. This includes the ability to deposit and withdraw funds, as well as carry out trading operations.

The account verification process for trading on Binance and OKX through our broker is the same. You won't need to repeat the KYC procedure separately for each exchange.

1) Starting the Verification Process To initiate the verification procedure, please follow these steps: - Go to your personal account profile. - Alternatively, click on the "Verify" button after creating an API key on the main account page:

2) Filling in Personal Information Upon clicking, you'll be redirected to the verification page. Here, you must provide accurate information matching your identity documents.

Please make sure to enter your details exactly as they appear on your identity document.

3) Personal Data Agreement Next, tick the box and click on the "Next step >" button if you agree your personal data processing and prepare a scanned copy of your identity document:

4) Selecting Document Details From the drop-down list, choose the country of issuance of your document and the document type you intend to upload for identity verification. Note that various document types are available for each country.

Examples of acceptable documents for verification include:

• ID card / national identity document

• Passport (including foreign passports)

• Driving license

• Residence permit

You can upload the document from your computer, or if you prefer, continue the verification process on your smartphone by clicking the "Continue on Phone" button. Verification on Smartphone

Scan the QR code on the verification page and follow the instructions. Upload or take a photo of the indicated document, as well as complete the selfie verification using your smartphone's camera.

Verification on Computer

Upload your identity document and take selfies using your PC's webcam. The system will then check your documents and compare them with your selfies, providing you with the status of your verification.

5) Confirmation of Verification Upon successful verification, a pop-up window will appear on the main page of your personal account, confirming your verification. Additionally, you can check your current verification status and view your deposit and withdrawal limits in your profile settings. After verification, your deposit and withdrawal limits will automatically increase to 100,000 USDT, granting you Standard-level access.
