How to Get Started with TigerX

Getting connected is quick — just follow these steps:

TigerX is currently in beta and available only in the Windows version of the Tiger.com Terminal. Join our Telegram group to access the latest version (7.0).

1. Install or update your Tiger.com terminal

2. Create your TigerX API keys.

3. Configure the connection in your Tiger.com terminal.

4. Select trading instruments marked X Binance or X OKX.

5. Choose the TigerX Unified account in the trading module — you’ll see your available balance under Tables → Accounts.

Current Limitations

• Maximum leverage on the platform may differ from original exchange conditions. You can check current TigerX leverage settings in the Leverage section
• Newly listed instruments become available for trading within 5–10 minutes after listing

• Deposit processing:

  • Deposits under 20 USDT are processed with a delay (more than one business day)

  • All deposits are credited to X Binance by default

  • You can transfer funds to X OKX directly via your Personal Account
• The built-in Trader’s Journal is currently in development

  • For now, you can integrate via API with external journaling tools like TMM
