# Tiger X

Tiger X is a next-gen broker connection from Tiger.com, built for professional and high-performance trading on Binance and OKX.

### How to Get Started with Tiger X

Getting connected is quick — just follow these steps:

To use TigerX, please make sure you are running the latest version of the terminal: Tiger.com for Windows [7.0](https://www.tiger.com/terminal/download) or higher, Tiger.com for[ MacOS v0.19.0 ](https://macos.tiger.com/download)or higher.

1. Install or update your Tiger.com terminal
2. Create your [**Tiger X API keys**](/english-2/creating-api-keys/creating-api-keys-for-tigerx.md)\
   Before creating the API, please make sure you have switched to [Tiger X tab](https://account.tiger.com/wallet?exchangeType=TIGER_X\&init) in your Tiger.com Broker account<br>

3. [**Configure the connection**](https://support.tiger.com/nastroiki/podklyucheniya/kriptobirzhi/tigerx) in your Tiger.com terminal:

* Launch the Tiger.com Windows terminal, then from the main menu go to **File → Connections → Setup**
* In the new window, click **Choose the connection to add**, and from the list that appears, select **Tiger X:**

* In the connection settings, you can choose a server location: **Frankfurt** or **Tokyo**. You can test both options and select the one that provides the most stable connection for you. You can also select a **proxy** in this menu, if you use it

* Click **Connect to Tiger X.** Tiger X connection allows you to view live quotes and trade instruments on Binance and OKX

4. Select trading instruments marked **X Binance** or **X OKX**

5. Choose the **Tiger X Unified account** in the trading module — you’ll see your available balance under **Tables → Accounts**

### Trading parameters

Your Tiger.com Broker account has a **Trading parameters** section — a table with the parameters of the trading pairs available via Tiger X. The section is available only in Tiger X mode.

How to open it:

* Click the profile icon in the top right corner of your account and select **Trading parameters**
* Or follow the link: [account.tiger.com/trading-parameters](https://account.tiger.com/trading-parameters)

You can find a pair using the search and filter by exchange (X Binance / X OKX) and market (e.g. Spot). For each pair the table shows:

* **Ticker**
* **Liquidation fee rate**
* **Default leverage**
* **Max open orders**

The table lists only the pairs available for trading via Tiger X. If a pair is not in the list, it cannot be traded via Tiger X.

If the link opens the Wallet section instead, make sure Tiger X mode is selected in your account and refresh the page (clear your browser cache if needed).

### Operations journal

The **Operations Journal** is available in the **History** section of your TigerX account. It provides a detailed record of all balance changes resulting from your trading activity.

| FUNDING\_FEE      | A funding payment (debited or credited) for holding open positions.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                |
| DEDUCT\_INTEREST  | <p>Interest charged on margin loans. This is the cost of using borrowed assets when your own balance is insufficient.<br><em>Example:</em> If your portfolio includes assets other than USDT, they may serve as margin. Any losses will be covered as borrowed USDT, and interest will be charged accordingly.</p> |
| LIQUIDATION\_FEE  | A fee applied when a position is liquidated.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       |
| LIQ\_COMPENSATION | Compensation credited after liquidation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           |

When you click on a record in the journal, you will see:

* Overdraft amount before the operation
* Overdraft amount after the operation
* Loan amount before the operation
* Loan amount after the operation
* Net account change

**Net account change** shows how much your balance shifted as a result of the operation.

**Overdraft** refers to a technical debt to the exchange (a temporary negative balance).

> **How is “Net account change” calculated?**
>
> The net change consists of three parts:
>
> 1. **Change in available balance** – how much of your funds became available for trading.
> 2. **Change in overdraft** – how your technical debt to the exchange changed.
> 3. **Change in loan amount** – how your official margin loan changed.
>

> Where:
>
> * Change in available balance = Balance after – Balance before
> * Change in overdraft = Overdraft after – Overdraft before
> * Change in loan amount = Loan after – Loan before

### Current Limitations

**The minimum deposit is 20 USDT**\
If you accidentally send less, the review process might take over 7 business days.\
Please note: if the amount is below the minimum, an extra network fee may be deducted during processing

* **Maximum leverage** on the platform may differ from original exchange conditions. You can check current Tiger X leverage settings in the [**Leverage**](https://account.tiger.com/leverage) section
* **Newly listed instruments** become available for trading **within 5–10 minutes** after listing
* **Delisting** on Tiger X happens 2 hours before the delisting on the exchange itself. For example, if Binance announces the delisting of XXXUSDT at 09:00 UTC on 01.01.2025, trading this pair on Tiger X will be unavailable from 07:00 UTC on 01.01.2025
* Some OKX pairs are not available for trading via X OKX — see the **X OKX restrictions** section below. The up-to-date list of available pairs is in the [**Trading parameters**](https://account.tiger.com/trading-parameters) section
* Deposit processing:
  * We recommend using BSC or TRC20 networks for transactions
  * All deposits are credited to **X Binance** by default
  * You can [**transfer funds to X OKX** ](https://account.tiger.com/transactions/transfer)directly via your Personal Account

### X OKX restrictions

Some OKX trading pairs are not available for trading via Tiger X. Currently **185 pairs** are restricted: 68 spot and 117 futures.
