# Не пришел или неверно рассчитан возврат комиссий

Сэкономленные комиссии начисляются автоматически за предыдущий торговый день на Spot кошелёк вашего аккаунта.

Для биржи Binance начисление сэкономленной комиссии происходит c 08:00 по 09:00, для биржи Bybit — c 08:00 по 09:00. Все операции в Tiger.com Broker рассчитываются по часовому поясу UTC+0.\

Все списания производятся напрямую биржей, и наш сервис на этот процесс никак не влияет. Подробную информацию о комиссиях и правилах их списания вы можете найти на [данной странице](https://account.tiger.com/commission).

Например, за 26.01.2025 вы заплатили бирже Binance комиссию на сумму 100 USDT, значит 27.01.2025 с кэшбэком 35% на ваш спотовый кошелек должны вернуться 35 USDT. В случае, если этого не произошло, напишите нам, пожалуйста, на <broker.support@tiger.com> с той почты, к которой привязан ваш аккаунт Tiger.com Broker, приложив:

* Скриншот со страницы [История](https://account.tiger.com/history/trade) за весь день (если было совершено много сделок, возможно, понадобится больше скриншотов);
* Скриншот со страницы [Дневник трейдера - Итоги](https://account.tiger.com/journal/summary) за выбранный день, чтобы была видна сумма уплаченных комиссий;
* Скриншот со страницы [Комиссия](https://account.tiger.com/commission), чтобы было видно начисление сэкономленной комиссии за нужный вам день.

Расхождение в показаниях между личным кабинетом Tiger.com Broker и сторонним сервисом (например, дневником трейдера) может быть связано с разницей во времени. Tiger.com Broker рассчитывает сутки по часовому поясу UTC+0. Если часовые пояса в Tiger.com Broker и в стороннем сервисе, где вы отслеживаете вашу торговлю, не совпадают - объемы / комиссии за сутки будут отличаться. Для корректного сравнения объемов и комиссий за день необходимо установить часовой пояс UTC+0 в стороннем сервисе.
