# Как сбросить 2FA?

Запрос ссылки для автоматического сброса 2FA доступен один раз в сутки, процедура самостоятельного сброса может быть выполнена **один раз в год.** \

Повторный сброс выполняется через обращение в поддержку по почте <broker.support@tiger.com>.&#x20;

В случае, если привязка была выполнена некорректно или утерян доступ к аутентификатору, вы можете сбросить двухфакторную аутентификацию для вашего аккаунта. Процесс выглядит следующим образом:\
\
1\. Войдите в личный кабинет брокера

2\. Перейдите в [настройки вашего профиля](https://account.tiger.com/profile) и нажмите на кнопку “Сбросить 2FA”:&#x20;

3. Система выведет вам модальное окно для подтверждения, необходимо выбрать «Отправить ссылку»:

4\. Система отправит письмо со ссылкой для проверки на вашу почту. Вам нужно будет перейти по этой ссылке.&#x20;

5\. Затем вы попадете на страницу прохождения проверки *liveness*, где необходимо будет пройти видео-верификацию.

6\. При успешном прохождении система сбросит двухфакторную аутентификацию для вашего аккаунта.&#x20;

**В случае, если вы подключили 2FA для входа в личный кабинет и не имеете возможности авторизоваться, выполните, пожалуйста, следующие действия:**

1\. Введите логин и пароль на странице авторизации и перейдите на экран подтверждения 2FA.

2\. Нажмите на кнопку “Нет доступа к 2FA”:

3. Система выведет вам модальное окно для подтверждения, необходимо выбрать «Отправить ссылку». После нажатия на кнопку процедура будет идентична, описанной выше.
