# Как часто начисляется кэшбэк?

Сэкономленные комиссии начисляются автоматически каждый день за предыдущие торговые сутки (сутки рассчитываются по часовому поясу UTC) на кошелёк аккаунта соответствующей биржи. Операции начисления сэкономленных комиссий находятся [на соответствующей вкладке личного кабинета Tiger.com Broker.](https://account.tiger.com/commission)

Расхождение в показаниях между Личным Кабинетом Tiger.com Broker и сторонним сервисом, например дневником трейдера, может быть связано с разницей во времени. Tiger.com Broker рассчитывает сутки по UTC+0. Если часовые пояса в Tiger.com Broker и в стороннем приложении, где вы отслеживаете вашу торговлю, не совпадают - объемы/комиссии за сутки будут отличаться.

Если кэшбэк не поступил в указанное время или размер вознаграждения не соответствует ожидаемому направьте дополнительную информацию для изучения командой поддержки:

* адрес почты, к которой привязан ваш аккаунт Tiger.com Broker или ваш UID Tiger.com Broker
* дата, за которую не был начислен кэшбэк;
* биржа, на которой вы торговали
* скриншот из раздела История с историей вашей торговли за необходимую дату (<https://account.tiger.com/history/trade>)
